Wang Lanjie

I am Wang Lanjie (王岚婕), a Ph.D. student at the School of Economics, Centre For Research On Successful Ageing (ROSA), Singapore Management University (SMU), supervised by Prof. Xuan Zhang and Prof. Seonghoon KIM. My research interest focuses on Applied Microeconomics: Health Economics, Human Capital and Labour Economics, and Public Economics. 

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) in Finance and Exchange Student at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) in 2018-2019 (Academic Excellence Award). In my spare time, I like playing Badminton and Basketball (player in Department). I am a musical instrument lover, like playing the Piano (level ten of the national level), Guzheng/Chinese Zither (level eight), Ocarina, Recorder, Guitar, Bamboo Flute, and Cucurbit Flute. I was born and grew up in Xinjiang, China.
